When we get your money, we will send you the tickets. The tickets which are non refundable once sold and can't be returned or changed. When the Reservation Center makes a flight booking, it follows the rules of the airlines and its own by default, as airlines do not tend to be lenient most of the time. Always notify the airlines or us about canceling the flight at least 24 to 48 hours before the flight. You need to confirm by email or calling the customer support within 24 hours after cancellation done by the person who booked it. In case we get a written confirmation of the cancellation within 24 hours from the date of original notification, we will be notified of the cancellation on the date of cancellation. This applies to all the booking done through the Reservation Centre. Some tickets are non refundable and there is a 100% cancellation fee for those which have been cancelled so, you may not get your refund.
Reservation Centre Shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for any arrangements you may make with third parties through your use of our services or our platforms (which shall include, without limitation, travel providers). You agree that if you have any problems with any bookings you place or attempt to place via Reservation Centre you should contact the appropriate travel provider to work out the issue. In such cases, the relevant travel provider is your only option to claim a refund. Links to other websites and materials that are supplied by third parties are provided in our Services or Platforms merely for your convenience. We are not responsible for the information appearing on those websites or resources. We neither accept responsibility for its accuracy nor do we accept any liability for damages or losses resulting from the use of it.
