  • This policy applies to all travel services offered by the Reservation Centre, including flights, hotel accommodations, car rentals, cruises, and holiday packages.
  • Many of our services are provided by third-party suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, car rental companies). Cancellations and refunds for these services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective suppliers, in addition to the Reservation Centre's policies.
  • Passengers must request a cancellation within 24 hours of booking and will receive a refund if applicable.
  • We, as a travel agency, do not specify or impose a time frame for passengers requesting cancellations and refunds. We process each cancellation request and refund in order and submit refunds to the airlines for approval to process.
  • The funds are credited to your bank account shortly after the cancellation request is accepted. However, some airlines offer rebates in the form of airline credits for future travel.
  • It is entirely at the discretion of the airline to process the refund. It generally takes 60–90 days from the time the cancellation request was raised to complete the process.

Cancellation By The Customer

  • Procedure: if you want to cancel your reservation, then you must tell us as soon as possible by calling at +61 1800 231285 or email support@reservationcentre.com.au. Simply provide your booking confirmation number and relevant details to facilitate the process and when your ticket has been cancelled you will get a confirmation on your registered email address.
  • Cancellation fees: You must pay a flight cancellation fee, which is based upon how long before your holiday you tell us you want to cancel and is a percentage of the total price of your holiday. Your deposit will not be returned, even if the cancellation charge is less than the deposit. If certain elements of your vacation were added as extras, we might not be able to reimburse them.

If We Cancel Your Reservation

At Reservation Centre, we strive to ensure that your travel plans go smoothly. However, in rare circumstances, we may need to cancel your flight ticket due to unforeseen events such as operational issues, supplier cancellations, or force majeure situations (e.g., extreme weather, strikes, or government restrictions).

If we must cancel your booking, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative of equal or higher value where available. If you choose not to accept the alternative, you will be entitled to a full refund. Refunds will be processed promptly using your original payment method.

Refunds

The amount of the refund for unused services (those that have been paid for and cancelled in advance) will be determined according to the cancellation policy, and the money will be returned to the original payment mode.

  • Consumer Rights: Under UK law, consumers have the right to cancel certain contracts within 14 days without giving any reason. However, this right may not apply to all travel services, especially those with specific dates or timeframes.
  • Non-Refundable Deposits and Cancellation Charges: According to the UK Government's guidance on cancelling goods or services, businesses can keep deposits or advance payments or ask for cancellation charges only in certain circumstances. These charges must reflect the actual losses incurred by the business due to the cancellation and must not be excessive. Non-refundable deposits should only be a small percentage of the total price, and cancellation charges should be a genuine estimate of the business's direct loss.
  • Package Holidays: UK regulations provide specific protections for package holidays. If a package holiday is cancelled due to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances, consumers are entitled to get a complete cancellation refund
